Granted I am 5 months late for this thread however reading through these comments I feel disappointment at the OPs allegations partly because they are not true. The pricing that has been posted is incorrect. Yes VapeHQ are not the cheapest out there but no retail shop will ever match online outlets. But we try to get as close as we can but still make sure the bills can be paid. We are not in the business of becoming millionaires but as you can recognise there are in fact prices to be paid to keep a shop on a High Street that is accessible to all and NOT just people that are able (and willing) to endure weeks of wait to import from China etc.
The OP has failed to mention that we offer a 6 month warranty (immediate in store replacement) on manufacturer faulty goods (not a long winded online process). We also offer a full range of liquids that we open and are available for sample regardless of what it costs to us do so weekly. We also offer a very generous 10% loyalty programme. Everything you purchase in store has 10% given back to you in store credit for redemption against liquids that you may need in the future.
Finally, we only employ staff that are confident and committed to the vaping industry so your needs will be met, reliable and factual advice will be given REGARDLESS of how much money you spend or dont spend in the shop. We are not in the market of tricks and "dope clouds" and have made it our mission to assist people in finding a "safer alternative to smoking" although we do proivide good kit for the former to meet all customer needs,
I hope this is more informative than just rantings based on perhaps one experience from the OP and we will continue to grow our business NOT on how much we can sell people but on offering the correct products for our customers coupled with an outstanding service.
