What are Vapouriz doing to fight the coronavirus?

Over the last several weeks, we have put in place every measure to ensure that our service and the quality and availability of our stock remains as undisrupted as possible, while protecting our staff, facilities and our customers. From ensuring our administrative and business operations work from home, to stringent deep-cleaning between each shift at our manufacturing and warehouse facilities, we are working hard to comply with the advice and instructions of the government and health services.

Retail

Following the Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s public briefing on 23/03/2020, we have deemed it necessary to protect all our staff and customers beyond the steps we had already taken to ensure the safe and responsible sales of e-cigarettes and other vaping goods at our branches.

Following the government’s new restrictions to further prevent the spread of the coronavirus, we have made the decision to close all our retail stores to the public until further notice.

Online

Fortunately, our digital stores continue to be fully operational and available to purchase your favourite products from. You can continue to buy from our huge selection of vape kits, e-liquids and accessories and our dedicated customer service team are ready to help you with your purchases or any queries you may have by email, chat or telephone.

Please note, however, that as the impact of the virus is felt more and more across businesses and services, particularly with regards to the postal service, manufacturers, distributors and importers, some delays may be inevitable. We are doing all that we can to ensure that your purchases reach you as soon as possible, including working closely with our suppliers to ensure that we have enough stock to meet demand.

We encourage our customers to abstain from bulk-buying so that we can meet as many customers’ orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your patience is as valuable to us as much as your custom, and we thank you for your ongoing support.

We continue to believe that the understandable stress derived from the current crisis should never be a reason for people to fall back on harmful cigarettes and tobacco, and so we’re proud to offer Vaping as an effective and safe alternative to smoking.

Our thoughts go out to all affected by the coronavirus.

FAQ

Will there be a delay with my order?

With increased demand and a limited workforce under the current restrictions, suppliers and distributers are facing increased pressures than normal, so some goods – though not all – may see some delays. We are constantly monitoring any problems and will always make sure to keep our customers informed about when they can expect their goods.

How long will services be affected?

Like you, and everyone else in the UK and around the world, this is an unknown. But we’re doing all we can to adapt our operations to meet the challenges of life under the coronavirus, however long it will last. We are monitoring the situation 24/7, and all our energy as a company is going towards ensuring our customers needs continue to be met with as little disruption as possible, while always being transparent and honest with our loyal customers.

Does vaping pose a risk from the coronavirus?

There has been no data to suggest that vaping puts anyone at any greater risk from the coronavirus. Although some products are manufactured in countries affected by the virus, the travel time from factory to store to customer all but eliminates the risk of the virus being present on the goods.

We recommend cleaning your vape products regularly from the moment you unpackage them. Use disinfectant products to wipe down your mods and kits and submerge tanks and all non-electrical components in warm soapy water. Most importantly, never allow other people to handle your vape device and associated products.
