I think this has got to be a good thing - educates the non-vaping MEPs and gives the right message about vaping in public places. I mean, if the EP allows it, what justification is there for other organisations to ban it?

Should be a positive thing all round. I'm not sure whether a ban would technically apply within the EU parliament building - the reason that the smoking ban doesn't apply in the UK Houses of Parliament is that it is technically a Royal palace.
Does that mean if the antz push for a ban on smoking in private residences (which some of them are actually floating as a possibility), that even lizzy will have to abide by it and ban smoking in her property?
