Vaping newbie from Tyne and Wear

Hi all,

Thought I would post a quick intro, it's only friendly you know

Have been smoking since the age of 14, I'm now 31. I have been smoking rollies for about 6 years now as I couldn't bare paying the ever increasing cost of the devil sticks!

I have tried vaping before, the wife quit for about 4 months last year by using them VIP ecig things, I just couldn't get away with them, they tasted like sh**e

So I gave up with them immediately. Then one day I was up my local shooting range and there was a guy up there vaping something, it smelt lovely! When asked what it was he said it was custard cream flavour e liquid.

That was it, I had to find out more.

Onto the interwebs I went and found unlimited sites, selling everything and everything.

So my first starter kit came 2 days ago from Vapehit http://www.vapehit.co.uk/products.php?338

I didn't have a clue what I was buying really, but the kit looked nice and the larger batteries were the same price as the smaller ones so I just went with it.

Then I ordered some of the Grizwald sample bottles from Vape escape. I have tried Strawberry Ice cream, joocy front and menthol tabac up till now and as I'm used to smoking menthol rollies anyway, this is my current favourite.

The starter kit I bought is probably crap compared to what more experienced vapers use, but for now it does me fine, just which I could get a little more vapor from it.

I've now ordered a couple of Kanger T2 clearomizers and an ego twist battery and will see how this combo performs.

So I'm looking forward to reading the many posts here and learning more.

There is a whole 'world' of different vaping gear and it sounds like you have caught 'shinyitus'
To get more vapour, try eliquids that are 50PG (throat hit) / 50VG (more vapour) as Grizwalds samples are all 70PG / 30VG

Welcome aboard. I have an ego twist paired with an Iclear 16. Works great. No reason why the twist shouldn't work well with a T2.

Hello and welcome martyge2010. Everyone is a bit overwhelmed with the choices available to start with, but there's loads of help and advice on here. I highly recommend the wiki on here and look through the reviews sections, you'll soon get to grips with things!

Don't worry about kit, you look like you have got a good setup that should see you fine, then you will end with the deadliest of diseases...
