Vaping one week and ready to invest...

Hi people.. New to the vaping scene until Friday. I bought a cheap and cheerful kit for £19 , this included a 10ml bottle of juice.
I`ve since bought 3 more bottles of juice and have been swapping back and too as can`t find one that suits..
I`m finding i`m getting a bit of a sore throat and bad chest - i`ve had this previously but has started to come back now since i started vaping??
I`ve lost the need for cigarettes, so that`s a good thing but i`m wondering whether because i`ve gone cheap , that`s why i`m getting the sore throat etc?
I`m willing to spend £60 if anyone can advice me the parts to get or a complete kit if it`s available - could stretch to £100 if needed.

Firstly welcome @trueblue75 to the planet.

Losing the need for cigarettes means that the device you have is working as it should

However, I suggest the issue could possibly be the juice. This is made up of 4 ingredients, PG, VG, Nicotine and Flavouring. Its well known that people can be a little intolerant to PG, and suspect this is your problem. You will probably find that the juice you are vaping is a ration of 70PG/30VG mix.

Firstly, I would find a juice you think you would like at a mix of 50PG/50VG an see if this helps

**EDIT** can you tell us, or link to the juices you currently have, and what types of flavours do you like, tobaccos, fruits, desserts etc

You`ve just brought it to my attention that mine is 60/30.... Is the other 10% nicotine??? Can`t be that much surely?
I`ve got 20mg nicotine and its supplied in my home town but made by Celtic Vapors?

It will be either 70/30 or 60/40. The nicotine is always premixed into either the PG or VG. I fully suspect it to be 70/30 if I am honest. Personally, I would look at some 50/50 juices. What flavours are you currently vaping, or want to try next??

Have a look and see what catches your fancy, and try a 50/50 PG/VG mix, and things should feel alot better

** The majority of flavouring is PG based anyway, so its safe to say its 70/30 , from that label **

Lol, have a look in the marketplace and see what catches your fancy. Equipment is really as subjective as eliquids, and I personally like VW products like the Vamo, eVic, SVD etc.

A Vamo is an excellent bit of kit, and loads of people like them, but other people prefer just mechanical mods like the UDT-L, KTS Storm etc.

I was using pure pg with a rok star kit when I first started! I found that gave me a bad stomach and a bad head....but then someone said it could be the effects of stopping smoking aswell. I'm more for the vg liquids now and the problems have gone. Still got some of the pg left and I can't stand it when I try it now. I did get the sore throat thing too. More Vg than pg worked for me....I Sometimes even do %100 vg now. I've not smoked from the day I started vapeing! Get on!
