Just a thought I'd give a little shout out to Vaping Station and a description of the service I received... I'll try to keep it brief.

I ordered a Griffin tank from them on the 10th of Feb... A few days later I checked their website and noticed my order was still being processed, this initially annoyed me as I was expecting to have received the tank, so I checked the following day and the status was the same.

I decided to phone them and see what was up. They explained the Chinese new year situation, which I can appreciate, but I would never have ordered if the site showed the tank as out of stock.

I am normally patient, but my current tank was now well in to its second week on my final coil and I was getting kind of desperate for a tank. I explained that I needed something asap & thry said it would be another few days... Can't be helped & fair enough, I should have been more prepared I suppose.

2 days later I received an email at work saying the tank will be delayed until the end of the month... I was pretty pissed off and cancelled my order and made a mental note to avoid them in the future.

I got home from work that day to discover a package, it was a pack of 5 Clapton Triton coils and 3 vape station branded vape bands... They had sent them out after my call and sorted me out!

So, I didn't really get what I ordered, but I got a honest service, updates and they sent me some free coils to keep me going, I didn't ask for them or get shitty on the phone, they weren't obliged to send me anything... If I'd known they sent them, I would not have cancelled my order, I felt a bit bad to be honest.

Anyway, I recommend them for customer service... Gutted about the tank, but couldn't really be helped. I will definitely use them again in the near future, but just check items are in stock first.
