Decided to convert a VaporFlask dna40 clone that I'd picked up in the classies. (bought as original but turned out to be clone, resolved issue with seller though and everyone was happy).

So I dug into my big box of bits from @Seedy at modmaker and set about making a nice squonker.

Swapped out the original fixed positive pin for a FDV v4 core with a squonk pin fitted. Removed the spare positive battery contact on the atty side soldered it up, then fitted the tubing and bottle from a FDV premium squonk kit

Then sanded a hole in the body using my table top belt sander.

All in all very please with the results.

Probably would have been a good idea to have taken pics as I did it but was in full flow and forgot.

It will probably need cleaning soon so when I strip it to clean I will grab some pics.

Splendid work! I really like the look of that. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
It'll be going to VF with me so you can have a better look there. Also got a Floris Delfino box that I'm hoping to get finished before VF.

Great mod adjam1972 brilliantly done

Cheers

It's something i've wanted for a very long time. would have been nicer if it was a genuine VaporFlask but then again would i have been so ready to take to it with a belt sander if it were original.
