vapor shark DNA 40 battery life

Is anyone having issues with the vapor shark rdna40 when left over night? I return to device and battery is dead.... I have to remove battery which is a bit of a pain when I have a skin on the shark.

Seems to have battery drain when left as its in standby mode and not completely off.

Just to add to this for some help.

My DNA40's on charge now, there no battery icon flashing just the small LED above the charge port which is either red or orange (I'm colour blind so that doesn't help!!)

Should the battery bar go up & down or not? It's been charging around 50 mins now and the bars still right at the bottom?

Just pulled it off charge after almost 2 hours, stuck my atty on there and it's showing full battery. So it's charging ok!

Bit daft not showing the battery charging though!

Also does your dna40 get a bit hot during use?
