vapor shark RDNA 40 charging via USB

got my vaporshark today can anyoen confirm what its suppsoed to show when charging via USB cable. the LED around fire button is red but i would have thought battery indiciator would show something like percentage or even a charging lighting bolt symbol. but nothing is shown other than the battery meter itself and normal display when button pressed.

Yeah mate its just the LED around the fire button that lights up. Takes a bit longer than usual the first time you charge it i found.

seems an odd exclusion with teh big display not to have proper battery charge indicator on it. think its the first VV?VW mod ive had that doesnt give some kind of indication on the screen. my smok xpro has a very handy % status in numbers when charging. baffled as to why the evolv chip doesnt have that
