What did you order? And it is a torch battery and a bad one at that!! Your lucky not to have put too much strain on it and caused it to vent and set fire, please stop using it strait away
Vapor storm eco with geekvape alpha issue

Was just told I needed an 18650 battery and an external charger so I ordered a charger with 4 batteries off ebay. Nobody said there was any difference between batteries, being cheap i expected they wouldn't last particularly long.

ebay is your best bet to get fakes and risk a venting explosion.
just typing in that battery number only brings up torches on google so usually that a bit of a worry.
now which charger did you buy off ebay as there has been plenty of fakes brought to our attention over the last couple of years.

Got 2 fogstar batteries and an xtar pb2 charger delivered this afternoon, thanks for the advice guys.
I think I found out why the baby beast tank works on the eco mod but the geekvape alpha doesn't, the 510 fitting seems shorter on the alpha tank, maybe it isnt making a good enough connection?
I also got the geekvape aegis solo delivered today, oh my god, puts the eco mod to shame, amazing.
