All the gt coil range will fit your cascade baby se tank as above link, mesh ones are one of the best, if you have gone up to 220w you will more than deffo have burnt the coil hence the burnt taste, you should stick within the coil wattage range and when installing a new one, prime the coil by putting juice into the holes on the side, fill the tank with juice and leave it for 10mins to soak in, then start off at 20-30w at first few puffs at that range then increase by 5w each time till you get to required wattage, you won't get hardly any hit as you go through the lower wattages but it will help the life of the coil by breaking it in

Thanks for the tips! I'll sort out some new coils and juices tomorrow. I have a k3 aspire for the day. What would be the best mg/vg ratio for that? Currently 6mg at 50.

If sub ohm vaping I would say 70vg/30pg at 3mg but everyone's different maybe get 10ml of 3mg and 10ml of 6mg and see what suits you best, but alot of people when sub ohm vaping don't really go above 3mg nic strength, I use nic salts, adding a 10ml 18mg or 20mg nic salt shot to a 50ml 0mg shortfill bottle will give me 60ml of approx 3mg strength juice

Sorry I was talking about the polar not the k3 aspire got no experience with that mod but just looked it up and it looks to be an MTL device so your 50/50 liquids at whatever strength nic will be fine for that

Freddie, the advice you’ve been given is spot on -70/30, 3 mg. sweet as a nut.

However, I’d just like to salute you for vaping 12mg at 220w cos of the hit. It’d blow my head off!!!!
