veco one tank on sinuous solo pen?

Hello folks
im scratching my head over whether i can safely use my Veco one tank on my SS pen mod. i really like the 0.5 ceramic coils i run in my VO tank and want to use a second tank on my SS mod, but i cant work out if its safe to do so! i cant get my head round Ohms law despite reading and re-reading various guides and charts - i read a 'dummies' one which compared Ohms law to the workings of a watermill and ended up totally confused about how a water mill works!
i just need some old-fashioned yes or no type advice.

Hmmm. According to this if you use a 0.5 ohm coil it will automatically set the output to bypass mode. It’s not a mech though - it has short circuit and other protections on it - so I can’t see any reason why you couldn’t use the Veco on it.

I’m sleep-deprived so don’t take my word for it, wait for someone to back me up or contradict me on that

Yes, you can use it safely. As @Leni said, it'll automatically go in to bypass mode with a 40w cut off.
