Crazy Wire Company has some very nice premade Clapton wire as well now.

Hi folks are your Velocity rda's clones or authentic?

Only heard good things about the velocity and thinking of buying one. The authentic one is quite expensive tho, are the clones good quality?

I have both. The clones are awesome and I recommend them to everyone.

The original is fucking awesome! But given the price I can't really recommend it if that makes sens. I love my genuine and will never part with it though.

Honestly you'll never be unhappy with a decent clone. Ivogo springs to mind.

I bought the original as a tribute if you will. A way of saying thanks to the creators for bringing that post style to the market. (at least I think it was them who were the first, certainly the ones who are recognised as the ones. 'Velocity style posts' are on loads of rdas/tanks now and how they are are even marketed)

I've got an Ivogo clone and it's great, have had 0 issues with it. No idea what the genuine is like but I'm perfectly happy with my clone. I've just ordered the Tobecco Velocity Mini and looking forward to finding out how the shortened chamber effects the flavour

On the subject of Clapton coil I ordered four reels from Red juice, 26g & 32g Kanthal, 26g & 32g Ni200, 30g Kanthanl & 24g Ni200 and dual parallel 27g & 32g Kanthal fused. The fused Clapton wire is amazing in the Velocity and really looking forward to when I get my Whiteout DNA so I can try dual Ni200 Clapton coils.

Just had a mini delivered today actually. no idea if its the tobecco one. Just a random of eBay that i would give a punt on for less than £10. Worth it, bit rough machine wise though.

I'm liking the velocity clone I have but still failing to see the hype.

The only thing I really like is the deck. Other than that,I get better flavour and the same amount of vapour from a derringer.
