Apparently when i was a toddler my mom caught me with one of her cigs in her mouth trying to light it.

Any responsible parent would not leave cigs / vaping gear / meds / chemicals etc within reach of the kid(s)

Pepper you hit the nail on the head, 'responsible' we all know people/parents who should never have children. Unfortunately the law for childhood sterilisation to prevent the spread of people from the lower end of the gene pool has not been passed.
