Nothing on the right hand side can get filled- the pipe is blocked before it goes into bottle #1. So all bottles on the right of the picture are null and void.
So that leaves the left.

It should be 7 that fills first- but the bottom of bottle 5, that feeds 7, is sealed. So 7 can't fill.
Same scenario with bottle 8, which should be next, were it not for the fact that bottle #5 is also sealed on that side so #8 won't fill either.
The filler neck for #6 starts before the top of bottle #5. So this will fill first, as @Sam's Saucy Juice Reviews stated first.
