Yep..Think the wee vim says wee vim on it [emoji106]
I am using the VIM and had the same problem. It's the coils, not the device.Just got a pack of 0.7 coils for the wee vim and it's happened again with the 1st coil. Fine for almost a whole tank then it starts crackling and spitting and gets tough to get a draw out of.
I'm now wondering if it's the wee vim causing it rather than the coils as I can't be so unlucky to get 3 dud coils in a row. Perhaps a connection issue that's messing with the coil.
I'm buying a vim at the end of the month anyway so the coils won't go to waste.

Yeah, it sucks. But the .4 coils really are awesome too. You'll love the VIM mate. And until the 7's are fixed the 4's will keep you very happy. That's just a shame cause they're great when they work. Had 60/40 in the tank this time too.

As others have stated this will be the coil, not the device. I'm running a packet of the new batch of 0.7ohm which arrived last week, and having no issues, but our CEO has had 2 coils that weren't good, and we've had a few reviews reporting issues. It's strange because the 0.42 seem to have very few issues, but they sell at a lot slower rate. The issue I am seeing reported is the blocking, nothing else, and this is still a production line issue, which is annoying. If anybody does get dodgy ones contact CS and they'll replace free of charge, either with more of the same, or a different coil if you prefer.
Thanks for replying. I'm not bothered too much tbh. I bought the packet knowing full well there could be issues so no need for replacements here. I'll get a full sized VIM at the end of the month and try the 0.42s in it as they seem to be good going on Mitz's recommendation.
