There isn't enough detail available yet to say what the other 70% is made up of (it could for example be 35/35 PG/VG or some other ratio), also is the 30% purely water.

I imagine it will first appear in a pod, most likely disposable.

Might be good for stealth vaping, but I'm otherwise skeptical, it would take an emulsifier to get the nic and other ingredients to mix with the high water content. What would the coil be made of, ceramic??

what the article says about water isn’t correct either. for a long while there have been people using aqueous vg, or just adding 10-15% distilled water to high vg liquid.

i think it’s a case of trying to
hype something as new and groundbreaking and needing new, different equipment, which actually people have been doing quietly for years.
