Thank you all for your patience while we were closed for Christmas, we understand that it can be a little bit of a pain in the backside when businesses shut down for extended periods but with large holidays like Christmas it is incredibly difficult not to when there are kids and childcare not running during the same period (for all staff)
We did have banners up on the site stating we were closed from the 19th which was last post and due to re-open on January the 5th with orders queued up, what actually happened though was we went in mid way through the holiday to clear out a load of parcels and save people waiting (and our sanity when we re-opened today too). This has meant that some have been kept waiting from Tuesday 30th onward and we apologise if this has meant you waiting longer than expected (it was an advertised holiday shutdown though)
In any case though, all orders have gone out as hoped and we are back open fully .
Happy New Year folks, we look forward to sending your goodies out through 2015.
