Weird batch of flavour concentrates? Advice needed!

Apologies to all - I wasn't aware there was a "Flavourart" (newbie alert). All the flavours I mentioned are TFA!

I'd like to try that recipe of yours! Would it be very different using TFA?

Yes, it will be very different :)

The best thing you can do is put a drop of each on your finger, and then place it onto your tongue (they are food flavourings). This way you can then take a guess at which is the strongest, and then you work from there.

It’s all about trying to figure out what flavourings require what percentage!

For example, if you had a rhubarb flavouring and a custard flavouring, you couldn’t just mix them half and half and expect the outcome to be the perfect mix of rhubarb and custard. You’d need to sample the flavourings on their own first, to work out a rough percentage, based on a guess. It may work out at say 10% custard and 1% rhubarb. Because the custard was very weak and the rhubarb was very strong.

I hope this helps.
