Ok I got some cherry juice which is infact quite nice but the (I forgot which one it is not the smooth one "VG" but the other one) tastes all wrong I ordered it 70/30 as I normally but I vape and get a horrible throat hit for about 7-8 puffs then it goes all smooth (like it should be) now the throat hit is that bad I have to stop vaping. There is no burning taste just the cherry but that's what's confusing me is it the juice or is it the atomiser :/ just to say I have had some juice before this and the throat hit was perfect so I know not allergic and also the bad throat hit comes back after about 8-9 smooth puffs

You don't mention what you are vaping it in. Sounds to me like you are getting an intermittent hotspot.

I have got the big boi kit with the viva nova clearomiser it's got a 2.4 ohm duel wick atomiser.

Now I range my V to 3.8 to around 4.5 it hasn't done it now for the past few hours but it has been doing it do 2 days and no dought will do it again.

The thing with Vivi's is that sometimes they can be shipped with less than perfect coils. If the coil isn't tightly wrapped enough, or wrapped unevenly, you can get hotspots. If it is too tight, I have experienced almost a "strangulation" of the wick, meaning that not as much liquid is getting through as should. If you take off the topcap and the silicone bit underneath it, you can clearly see the heating coil, which when fired shouldn't glow unevenly. If it does, you need to get a pin or similar and jiggle the coils about until they don't (trial and error I'm afraid). If it appears that juice isn't getting to the coil via the wick, then there is nothing for it but to rewick/recoil or put a new head in.
