What's new

well confused

As the actress said to the bishop slow and steady wins the day especially with bottom coil devices :5:

Most of the time it is Waspy, but sometimes it is the gear. Especially if it's not genuine.
I have found that with my evods., Kanger has two seals in the base, where as my other makes (so to speak), only have one.

I think it's all about what works for you. The mt3s were a disaster for me. Bought the i clear 30s which everyone was raving about but for me it was tasteless and airy using the 1100 ego so I shelved it for a bit and reverted back to the ce5s for a while until......... I recently got the vamo v5 and stuck the I clear 30s into it.............. WELL .......... A different level to vaping is all I can say lol!! Vaping heaven!!!!! Try and test is all I can advise......

Thanks to all for your advice, it is very appreciated, it is really baffling when you start out . Wicks or cores, bdc/ single core, top or bottom filling, warm vape or cooler vape. I have gone 4 days now off the stinkies, and really getting in to vaping so I want the best bang for my buck as it were and there is so much choice. once again a big thank you for all you comments

I've found the protank mini never has any trouble at all. But I've just ordered some aspire adapters to fit the protank 2/3 so will a bit of luck that will sort them out.

One thing I did forget about this subject.
For the newer vapers that have a fixed volt battery, as opposed to a battery where you can turn the voltage/power up. Is the coil size, in ohms. The lower the ohms the hotter the coil will get, and the faster it will vaporize the juice.
So on a 3.7 volt ego type battery, a 1.8 ohm coil will be less prone to flooding, than a 2.2ohm coil.
On a variable volt/power battery, you can just turn up the voltage when using higher ohm coils.

I don't take it as a dig mate:)

Judging by so many different experiences with Kanger style clearos, I think you are right, I hit my vape gear quite hard, I think that may well be the issue.

I've seen people suggest that blocking up one of the air intake holes can help with over wicking due to strong inhalations on bottom coils, but I can't vouch for that because I don't use bottom coils.

Might be worth trying to put a bit of cellotape over one of the air holes and seeing if that has any effect?

Talking solely from my own recent use with the evods. I can't see them being a good permanent solution for an ongoing vaping experience. I used them as a step up from e-cigs & yes they are a vast improvement on that but i had too many inconsistencies with them & they also did my head in with all the washing out & drying etc. I was using 4 evod tanks so i had enough options but they just didn't cut it for me.
I did see a review over the weekend from todd about a new clearo, bottom coiled & with a cotton wick (Replaceable) . It was the naturevape pro set. I havn't tried one but if that was available when i was buying my evods i might have been swayed.
