Welsh is probably the best custard for my tastes because it is one of the last ones that feel thick. I usually make it with as high VG as I can (e.g., 15-20% flavouring + VG nic shot + top up with VG). You can make it even more heart-clogging by adding some Capella golden butter at 2-3%
