Hi guys,
may seem an odd question but I don't really understand this electrickery stuff...?
I have a VGO2 vv and I Lurrve the vape I get with a 3.2ohm head on my mini nova at around 4.2v If I use a lower resistance the vape appears thin & too hot no matter what voltage I try? Does this make me a high wattage or high voltage user???
I've got a big competition coming up at the weekend that will take All my £'s :( but once I've recovered from that I will be upgrading and am torn between the Sig zmax & the evic, I have read that the evic has certain power (V or W?) limits so would it be able to deliver the V/W? I want? I know it looks a bit pants but I can solve that with some bling from pink mule :) The main reason I'm considering the evic is the display-Not that I like it more than the zmax, more the fact it looks easier to read-I've memorised the positions on my vgo & it's a doddle to turn it up/down a bit to suit my juice/mood WITHOUT having to keep putting my glasses on! Would I struggle to see the display on the zmax? If so that would swing it for the evic...
Thanks for you help :anyone:

I dont like the way the evic looks...and I have a Sig Zmax, it never leaves my hand these days, even sold my Provari I am that happy with it.

Ive never used a coil above 2.8ohms so I cant even imagine what the 3.2 is like!!

Personally, I'd try VW before setting your heart on a high end device. If you're able to pick up a cheap vamo, this is ideal! I'm still on my first, but due to me abusing it it's slowly dying a death. however, for the sake of around £25ish, if you find you don't like VW, then you haven't lost out on much! :)

If it's the display leaning you towards the Evic, I will point out you can barely see the fooking thing in daylight!

Due to the curvature of the control head, it appears to create a haze so you can't clearly see it. Of course, if you're in doors matters not a toss :D

Zmax is a cracking little thing. Screen is clear as any I've seen.

I have both.

I like both.

If I'm honest, I prefer the zmax.

Cheers for the replies :) what advantage will I get from a zmax over the kit I already have? And what about my preference for higher resistance coils-What does this mean? Sooo many questions.....!

Current incarnation of the Evic software will limit the amount of voltage you can put through, as it has an 11w limit. For example, with a 2.8ohm coil I could get about 8.4w out of it.

The Zmax has a 4amp 15w limit, so you can put your high ohm coil on it and effectively rag the fook out of it if you are so inclined :D

Hmm, I like high resistance coils, If I win at the weekend I'll treat myself... :)
BUT what am I treating myself to???? What will the zmax give me that my 650mah vgo2 vv can't? Am I just going to get a bigger version of what I already have? Being able to charge & take a supply of bigger batteries is a Big plus for me when we're camping on the bike but Why is a big mod better than an ego size setup? I suppose I'll find out when I have my 1st toke on one but till I do what incentive is there to upgrade?
