What voltage should I vape at?

Ok so I am completely new to vaping with adjustable voltage and wattage. I have a j well gecko and it gives a lovely vape for myself. But I am currently using wattage setting 15 and the lady in the shop said to keep it between 15 and 20 watts. I have heard I may experience a nicer vape through the volt setting but have no idea what the parameters would be. Like the highest and lowest to not ruin the coil/battery (assuming that's why the woman in the shop advised I stay between 15 and 20 watts. Thanks in advance ! I'm using. 0.6 coil.

if this is the same as all the other regulated mods we all use then when you change the wattage the voltage is auto changed for you and vice versa.
we all go by wattage as its much easier as coils have a wattage range so if you are running in voltage mode i would have no idea what wattage i was on and most prob turn up too much and burn coil.

Awesome thank you yeah I thought they were practically the same thing (wattage and voltage) and yeah that's the one I'm using (: I find not many people have heard of it haha it's a good little vape though

just experiment.... I don't use voltage as a mode either, mine ranges across different coils anywhere between 3 something volts & 4 something...
From your usual lowest wattage just go up in .5 or 1 watt increments and see how it tastes. You'll soon know when it get too much by the slight burnt taste (so back off!) or that there's no improvement/lessening in flavour...

Gotta suck it and see

Hahaha thanks xD ... And now your asking I must be honest all I know is it's a 0.6 new to all the technical stuff and even newer to the names of of it all !! I do want to learn someday I would like to be able to mix my own juices and stuff haha but ATM I haven't a clue where to start xD

Start slow....plenty of time. The coil's a ready-made plug in I'd guess. Should say on the packet what make it is...unless you haven't bought any replacements yet!

Interesting, none of my mods have a voltage mode either, but some show the voltage on the screen and I seem to adjust the watts until I’m between 3.7 and 4 volts. Not sure why, I’ve unintentionally started doing this it just seems to be the right setting for my tanks and builds.

hi just stick to the watts that suit you say that you are using 15watts if thats suits you stick with it until atime you feel you want to higher but stick to the watts it says on the side of your coil if you are unsure allways ask in your local vape shop when you buy your coils hope this helps out a bit..........
