Yeah it's a nuts place for sport. It did mean there was plenty of bars and clubs back then.
We've also a couple of good friends from Richmond VA, that own one of the islands off Carolina.
Beautiful place. Obviously we call it focker island.
North Carolina is a stunning place though and my friends own a little record company out there.

I like it alot.
As for vape gear mostly you see these small kiosks in shopping centres etc that sell starter type kits and 10ml bottles of cheap eliquid. I get my stuff online some from China like many in the UK do.
No problem with vaping here but there's not as many vapers as in the UK but definetly more smokers. Smoking is allowed in caffes/ bars but not where food is served.

I was in Bulgaria for a few years before they joined the EU (still emerging from Russian control) and a few years later.
No one else vaped there then, so I didn't bother much, as I dual fueled in those days.
I suspect the government would have resisted vaping as much as possible as they had their own tobacco industry.
I quite liked it there, apart from the middle of winter, it got down to minus 20 where I was, even colder in some other areas.

Nice! Find out the name of that record company, might pay it a visit if I'm near. And yes, Tar Heels still are Division 1.

It's merge bud.
Mac and laura started it for their band superchunk. Great couple awesome band and the little label has done really well. They kicked it of around 89 I think to put out superchunk 7"s but they deal with some big bands now.
They where based in chapel hill but they're down in durham now.
