Which battery to use?

Hi All,

Hope im posting in the correct section!

I purchased a Kangertech 160W Dripbox over the weekend and also bought two new batteries to go with it. I have previously used Samsung 2500 25R and Efest 3000MAH.

The guy in the shop said that Samsung is the best battery on the market, i took his advice however it has been playing in my head...why is the samsung a better battery if there is 500 less MAh? Or was he just trying to sell me Samsung?

samsungs are pretty much the standard barer of batteries, efest specs are usually inflated

Samsung are a manufacturer and their specs are pretty much spot on. Efest is a middleman that rewraps other company's batteries, their stated specs in the past have ranged from honest, to bullshit, to down right dangerous. There's so many decent 18650s on the market (Samsung, LG, sony) that there's no need to mess about with rewraps.
