It says Glasgow, but he is drop shipping from China. Took about a week come. They work well. You can get them in UK, but they are more expensive. For wicking, I use generic organic pleats from the discount store down the road. I can recommend Muji too, you can get it on eBay for not much. Frankly branded vaping cotton like Cotton Bacon is a rip off.
