Why a mech mod?

it just gives a chance for more customisation with regard to coils wicks etc its more hobbyish i think but vv/vw's are also good to have at times

Hey all... Just thought I'd jump on this thread, I'm a vaping noob too. And I've been using a lavatube with various tanks... I'm now looking at getting a mech, preferably a 18650, size don't really bother me, Just want something that'll last a day... I was looking at a astro, main reason being I heard you can kick a 18650 straight from the box... so I can set up my 9 volt sweet spot and not have to worry about changing voltage every time I swap a tank... Anybody using a astro wanna give me their opinions on it?
