All of a sudden my nose works!!
Did this happen to y'all after you quit smoking too? Today is day 11 of not smoking yay me!!

Yeah same thing for me, it's amazing the difference in such a short time.

The other thing you will start to notice is your lung capacity improving, after just 7 days I had a carbon monoxide test and the previous week I was 10 (high and normal for a smoker) and it went down to 1.6 which is near normal for a non smoker.

Yes, definitely. Smell has been the most noticeable change post giving up smoking. As others have said it has its downsides - I can smell traffic fumes and shit now that previously I’d never noticed. And yes, men’s toilets

Yup, sense of smell came back with a vengeful fug lol! I remember when I quit the first time ; I went out to watch a gig, and the stench of woman's perfume nearly blinded me [emoji23]. It was worse than the smell of sweaty armpits!
The worst part was that I could smell my own stench. Have my feet always stunk of strong cheddar?

Since I quit smoking my diet has improved enormously. I used to eat almost no veggies because I found them bland and boring. Now that I can taste them properly, I have as many different ones as I can fit on the plate.

And 3 dogs, 2 goats chickens, rabbits, Turkey's and ducks yup smells inside and outside lol

This is why I burn candles. Prolly time for incense lol
