XTAR China Great Service

Hi Guys

Just wanted to give a quick shout out for Xtar main hq in China.

I bought a VC4L 40 days ago on their official amazon store.

Unfortunately it started missing reading charge rates turning on and off and generally being a pain in the arse.

Amazon would only take returns within a 30day period after that it’s a pain to draw blood from them.

So I emailed Xtar in China direct.

After 3 emails spaced over a 24 hour period confirming the fault and warranty status there sending me a new one via amazon.

Pretty impressed tbh

Thats the way all companies should deal with stuff. But sadly this is not the case, but there are a few which go above the rest!. Good job XSTAR.

Yeah it was pretty painless tbh and I’m a true believer that there are Chinese vape companies out there who are willing to help.
