So even if you bought from a UK store, it could get seized, and you personally would be fined? That is harsh.

I thought Portugal was progressive in many ways. Maybe I'm not very well informed (probably).

I have a berserker v1 that you can have as a gift (no purchase, no crime?). It's not quite as good as a v2 but it is still very good IMO. Only caveat is that you are required to bottom fill it, otherwise it gets a bit gurgley.

Other downside is that it is gold

Portugal is liberal in many things.
But like all goverments we need to make money from taxes. And nicotine has a tax here. So all you need it's not put your finger on the wolf mouth!
For exemple we have the best drug policy in the world. If you are caught with heroin and it's for self consume you'll not be arrested, They will just seize the drug and give you the possibility to enter a rehabilitation/detox given free of charge by our national health system.
Yeah Portugal is a good country to live in... put like all the rest we have some problems especially with taxes.
Thanks for offering, but i'm just analyzing the opinions for know, and to be sincere i'm afraid of paying a fine!!!

Technically yes!
These are within the law and have a range of rules and once again taxes that pay the government to maintain their space.
I think there are several problems around the world with vaping. As far as I know, in some countries there are problems with juices and flavors, others with the whole apparatus [vapes, suices, etc.], and in this one it's just the crazy attempt to keep the sale of nicotine with the stamp of approval taxed by the state and the reduction of nicotine addicts in minors. However, if you go to a cafe, buy a pack of tobacco when you are 12 years old and tell the owner of the establishment that it is for your father, and he leaves... Irony/Hypocrisy of life!

Mostly Staffordshire bull terrier.
His dad was full staffie mum was cross.

Don't tempt me lol.

He can be a right pain in the arse sometimes.

He has to go out with a muzzle on.
He gets on really well with some other dogs.
Some he just ignores.
Then there are the few that he takes a major dislike to.
He hasn't bitten any but don't want to take the risk.
What he dose is run at them flat out and knocks them over then pins them down whilst snarling like a hell hound.
He is just over 30Kg of muscle so you know about it if he hits you flat out.

Can't take any risks with him.
We have been dog training for a good while and he is a lot better but don't think we will ever cure him completely.

Have a look in the dog thread and post some photos almost everyone likes dogs but we have some strange ones who like cats lol
