I've so far knackered 2 milling tips one countersunk bit on the stainless top I forgot how much I hate stainless steel what I should have used and I may well do on another mod is solid silver top and face plate but that would be pricey but the polished finish oh la la

Stainless is a hard bitch to work with, maybe a brass plate next time, depending on body colour of course.

well Boromir will be a mech

he will be black silver with a touch of pearl hybrid stabwood

brass top

brass 510 this will be tricky to get but 25mm

twin brass tube 18650

will I leave out the MOSFET and go all switchfest unsure or will I go full mech raw rip your lips off full power dunno I'm still thinking cable size is the problem with raw power

MOSFETs I like but they may well be fused if I go down that route

the switch will be a flat mech style switch @gazlynn has given me good feedback on the switch it may have a twist involved with the design

he will be suited and booted in a different box

he will also be a mod to show not the everyday carry round on the building site

Boromir will be a one off I won't do one again like him I don't think

this sounds very interesting indeed, you've listed a lot of things in this build I'd like myself, switchfet, mitech and 25-20mm 510 are the only other things I need to hear

Single battery squonker yes, duel battery regulated yes

Duel battery squonker dunno it's the space I hate big mods some people love them but a brick in your hand hmmmmm

What if you used the bottle from one of those, centred the 510, routed the feeder pipe between the 18650s and you have a minimal dimensions, dual battery mech squonker...
