I don't think it would come to that (court) YouTube simply shut it down and remove all content, current and past and delete the account....no need for lawyers n court n shit.... it's all gone.

Jai haze had a video I think approaches this problem and it's sources very well. Youtube policies and intentions are clear to everyone taking the time to dissect them.

So it seems it’s starting new year new attacks this is from YouTube

it’s a tweet vaping vic has put out concerning YouTube

it seems that YouTube has put a strike and a warning on some of his reviews

with all the shit going down in the world the free access to porn and “how to make a bomb”etc i would of thought YouTube would be a bit more intelligent

It's ridiculous, on YouTube you can see videos on how to make bombs, yet a review for a tank or a mod with a link to the website to buy one is a big no no.

I notice my thread has gone a little astray

there are valid points the one reason I haven't got a youtube channel live even though I've uploaded 200 videos and "tagged them non public" of mods is due to the policies they run and seeing as its there platform they can do and say what they like

if you work with the platform and go with it rather than fighting it you can get along fine, Instagram is the same one of the best examples on Instagram

I was hoping when we leave the EU we won't have to come under any restrictions apart from our own in regards to arsebook and youtube but this won't happen
