I'll add that I won a vaptio fusion not long ago and they sent it pretty quick.

Fuck knows what's going on here but maybe it is the 3rd party at fault as they were spot on for me.

It doesn't really matter if it was down to a 3rd part. @Vaptio held the competition. And have been made aware that some people didn't receive a prize. As the competition holder/organiser it surely has to be their responsibility to ensure prize winners received their prize. But they just seem to ignore any of the emails or messages.
