But you need all the gear to make your own coils, plus you probably need to learn ohm's law which I quite honestly can't understand even after reading a few articles on the subject, making your own juice sounds easy enough but like coils you will need bottles etc to put your juice in, or maybe just a barrel in my case lol.

Not as difficult as it sounds.
Take a look at www.vapinghardware.com, has lots about making ur own coils and juice etc.

No Prime Vapes is shortfills. Places like Chefs Flavours & Darkstar are go tos for concentrates & one shots.

NO,they sell 10ml bottles of Ejuice with nicotine added (TPD guidelines obviously) or 50ml bottles with no nicotine where you add your own.If your lucky enough to buy some 7.2 nicotine (100% PG) from Ebay and then add 10ml of it to a 50ml bottle of70VG/30PG Ejuice you would have a bottle of 60ml Ejuice with 1.2ml of nicotine with a ratio of 50/50 (or there about).
It's only a cheaper way of vaping.
But you can buy nicotine as i've writen above up to 1.8ml in 10ml bottles for £5.99 or so.

You don't really need any kit to make coils. Something to wrap wire around (small screwdriver or drill bit) something to cut the wire (nail cutters work well on roundwire) small pair of scissors and some tweezers.
though a cheap coiling toolkit for under a tenner would be recomended.
as sai d above for the cost of a pack of coils you can get enough wire and cotton to last a couple of years.

Another advantage is not having to source different coils for each tank you own.

the 1st coils I made were made using bits I could find already around the house.

I might look into making my own coils, what exactly would I need to start. I know I would need wire and cotton, I would need a tank and base as well. Where do I get said items and what's the best wire and cotton wool to get. Please remember this is all new to me. Thanks in advance

You would need a Rebuildable tank Atomise (RTA) or a Rebuildable Dripping Atomiser (RDA).
Kanthal A1 or Nichrome for the wire and Muji cotton. The wire comes in different AWGs ie sizes.
A lot of on line stores have them.
An on line calculator to work out how many wraps for your given resistance.
A meter to check your build is good or use the result from the mod.
