18mm tube mech

OK, kind of liking the 18mm MTL RDA I've just aquired. Currently it's sat on a 22mm tube with the beauty ring, looks OK..... but...
I've been looking for an 18mm tube so it's super slim. Only thing I've seen is the occasional 14650 battery mech in this diameter.
Can't get one for love nor money.
Any Ape out there that can help?

Think I saw the Russian designer rocking one in the Berserker video. My girlfriend uses one with a Kayfun Mini V3

What about 19mm?

I went for the kit in the end, the Exceed atty looks interesting in itself for the airflow. £15.78 all in!
By no means a mech but like the dual output option on the battery.....
