I ordered a charger and it arrived on Thursday. Unfortunately it had a Euro plug.
So i emailed them, and they sent me a return label. Told them it will be Monday before i could get to a printer, and send it back.
A replacement with a UK plug arrived just now, even though i still hadn't posted back the Euro one.
Superb customer service.
