You are so much stronger than I. I keep finding tipping points ....Ugh....
But I keep telling myself this

Bree.... You may slip and fall but you always get up.

And I don't plan on living my life sitting in the mud

and if i slip and fall ill still be there in the morning as cant get up thanks to arthritis.
trust me, if i can do it then almost anyone can.
stress at work in nhs as put me close to the limit but ive still managed on only using 3mg but i chain vape continuosly at home.
another thing that keeps me going is ive spent over 3 grand in the last 2 years on vape gear and got about 7500ml of juice and i know if i have 1 cig i will be back on them straight away so i just look at what ive spent and it kicks me into touch again. still saved almst 2 grand compared to smoking and it will just go up daily now as not spending much anymore (honnest im not)

Oh I agree!!! I use an 18 mg nice on my juice ( tobacco flavors) I wish I could stray from the backy flavors but so far I slip if I do. But I hope right back on. Never leaving the vape just duel fueling. But wow have saved bunches not only for me but for hubby too! I been smoking since 8 years of age upped to bout 3/4 pack since 11 and over a PK a day since 14 and hubby been smoking since 1987. Hard habit to kick but feel healthier on the vape.... And hubby does too. Glad he finally kicked it with me after his quadruple bypass.
I am so proud of him and you!!! Not an easy thing to do. But wow 2 years and still going strong. You have a lot to be proud of. One day I'll stop slipping.... My arthritis is telling me it hurts to much too lol. Along with my asthma. Til then Darlin.

gets said on here a lot but it doesnt make it any less true, its not about the cigarettes you do smoke but its all about the ones you dont.............. so you just keep on keepin on and we'll see you at the finishing line

Yup..... And I'm proud of everyone I haven't smoked
I may slip but a couple cigs does not make me a full on smoker I am a vaperr and proud to be.
