20mg/ml nicshots help

Hello All
I will try to keep this short, I live in France and have been vaping for about 8 months, started off like most with ecig pen and shop bought eliquid, after lots and lots of research have progressed to RTA and have in the last few months been making my own eliquid.
I got a 50/50 0 nic base and nicshots and have been happily mixing and vaping, thing is it's not cheap over here and they seem to only do the bases in premix form.
I came up with a cunning plan haha. Get my Vg and Pg from Dark Star and get it delivered to my friends in UK who come over every couple of months.Its £9.99 delivery to France so kind of defeats the object of buying it cheaper.
I couldn't afford to get the NIC From Darkstar as well this visit so got it from my usual supplier, ordered some scales which should be here in a couple of weeks and then I can mix from scratch.
So my questions are (a) will my friends be ok bringing Nicshots through customs?
(B) The Nicshots I get here are 20mg/ml 10 ml bottles so when I start mixing do I put 20 in the calculator for nicotine strength? Oh and they are 50/50 Pg/vg mix as well, it doesn't say anything else on the website or bottle.

i dont mix myself so while you wait for someone that knows what they are talking about this is what i do with nic shots.
we use 10ml 18mg nic shots over here so never used a 20mg bottle.
i buy shortfills so a 60ml bottle with 50ml of zero nicotine ready mixed juice.
adding one 18mg nic shot to the 50ml zero will make 60ml of 3mg nicotine strength.
adding two 18mg nic shots to 40ml of zero juice will make 60ml of 6mg nic strength.

how i understand it with calculators which i could be totally wrong here is its more for 72% nicotine which can now only be bought with a trade account.

so if it was me mixing i would make up my juice in how ever much you want in zero nic then decant or work out how many ml you have in a large bottle and then add the correct number of nic shots so for every 50ml add 1 nic shot to make 3mg so 2 nic shots to 100ml and so on.

ive just checked my darkstar 50/50 nic shots and they have the skull and crossbone logo which are banned for flights so unless your friend removes the labels if he was stopped and they checked them there could be an issue.

hopefully someone will be along to advise in a much easier way soon.

What I have been doing is using 60ml of the Pg/vg base then adding 20ml of NIC to get roughly 100ml 8mg then mix the flavours in a 10 ml bottle and fill that up with the base mix to give me 10ml of eliquid. I know doing it this way throws everything off that's why I wanted to get separate Pg and vg.
Re getting the nicotine from Darkstar sent to UK for friends to bring over, I think I will have to keep getting it from here then as it won't be fair on them, and they would only panic if they got pulled over. It's 9€ 99 for 10 bottles here so best stick with that.

Put 2% or 20mg in the nic strength. Then whatever you want in the target nicotine strength.
Eg. Final result is 60ml of 3mg juice. ( I didn't add any flavour )
