I am no reviewer, so don't expect too much.;)

My Pico Clone arrived yesterday as some of you may have seen. I coiled it up with 30 gauge Kanthal with a 2.5 Coil with 5 wraps, wicked it with Muji, cutting the wicks 4/5s flush to the Chamber and the remaining 1/5th down to the deck. Filled it with some B-Juice "Figley's Owd Smoky" which is a 35/65 mix and set to.

I have to say, for a MTL merchant such as myself, this is an exceptionally nice RTA :2thumbsup:. Flavour production is spot on and you get a decent Throat Hit. I had the Airflow set so that 2 of the 3 holes were open and in all honesty, it was "possibly" slightly more airy than my usual settings on other RTAs, but it works superbly well. I have tried it with just one air hole open and again it was good, but it shines with the 2 open. I would suspect, that with all 3 open you may be able to direst Lung Hit, but don't take my word on that as it isn't a style of vaping that I enjoy, so don't attempt it.

Some "Reviewers" have commented that if you wick it (as you might with a Taifun/Hurricane/SquapeR etc) you could potentially run into problems with the occasional Dry Hit once the tank is below half full as the Wicks are quite high in the tank, which is why I went for the version of wicking described. Thus far, I have done 3 tankfuls without any hint of a Dry Hit and NO LEAKS whatsoever!

Early days I know, but as the obvious comparison based on size alone, would be the Goblin Mini, all I can say is that for ME.... The Pico knocks it out of the ball park. Of course, with the Mini you have greater wicking options, the Pico is either a Single Coil Atty, or, if you use the included adaptor you can run CLR Coils instead. I admit, that does not appeal to me at all as I have a hatred of buying Pre Mades. Or.... Because I am tight!:2thumbsup:

Very impressed thus far and would certainly recommend this as a very nice Stealth RTA.

I'm looking for a fee atties to rock at a slower pace, the snappy is on the list as now is this.

Nice one @Rob

Smashing review there @Rob. Mine should be waiting for me when I get back from my hols. Can't wait now!

I am sure you'll both be pleasantly surprised Guys. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am a convert now. However, I won't be in any hurry to buy an authentic at RRP !!!

Great review @Rob

Still very undecided on the Pico, I'm on the list for the genuine article and expecting to be invoiced for it towards the end of this month, but I am toying with pulling out of the purchase as I just can't see what it offers over everything else I have got especially for the money being asked for it. Plus with the new In'Ax MKIII imminent, and the last Nextiny run happening soon (would absolutely love to add a second Nextiny to the collection more than anything else right now), I'm really swaying towards putting my money towards those two, as I won't be buying all three next month.

Still, if one comes up secondhand at an agreeable price, I may be tempted to part with some funds :)

Totally digging it with CLR coils myself, lovely warm dense faff free mtl

I've held off buying one but I think I need one of these just because I'm bored.

How much juice does it hold with the clr coils attached? Clr option looks good for when I need a faff free coil change while on holiday.

Anyone got any cons for this one yet?

Only con thus far is that it's so good I'll need another one.;)

My first dabble with an RTA in months, my newly arrived Goblin Mini, jeez it's a nightmare thing. I'll take a look at the Pico, there's a few over at FT. Cheers.
