What's new

2nd Vape ?

I'm using similar as op at moment (88vape deluxe pen).
For my 1st mod I'm going to get the armour pro and a zenith or zlide tank.
It's more than I intended to spend since having to buy them separate as well as batteries and charger. But as I see it it will be future proof.
I'm undecided on the tank as I don't know how easy the zlide zlide open if I put a regular drip tip on it? I like the nautilus style drip tips

Thanks Discomatt, I given myself a headache looking at loads of specs but I have to keep in mind Im just starting so I think something simple and better then what I use now is the way forward, Thank you for the advice (your a diamond) I will look at both and decide on one, in time when I can I probably will got for box mods etc :)

No worries. It’s hard to decide. It really is.

The mod is good and will do you well. I love vaporesso mods. The tank may not suit you for mtl though. I believe this is suited to direct lung. The euc coils are good in their lower ohm capacity. I’m using a .5 ceramic at the moment in my billet and flavour is very very good. However the draw I fear will be very loose for mtl. Running at the required wattage will also shorten battery life considerably.

This is the problem with a lot of kits out there. They look great but many times don’t actually suit their purpose.

This mod with one of the recommended tanks would be more suitable IMO.

Edit: if you want to use the euc coils then the vm tank from vaporesso will be out fairly soon and that would be a better option I believe.

Hi Discomatt, last night just holding down the fire button on the Fuse I tried DLT and after a few tries around 2 seconds draw I found I like it (big clouds and quite a hit) so maybe DTL will suit me better, and thank you on the heads up VM Tank :14:

Aha a secret cloud chaser eh? ;). It all comes out in the end.

The only problem with a small mod and sub ohm tank is battery life and 2ml will go very quickly indeed! Just keep that in mind. You can restrict it down to a restricted direct lung and save on juice though.

Maybe worth looking at the vaporesso luxe kit. They do a nano that’s going to be a similar size to the tarot with a 2ml tank. I’m not a dl vaper but I did try the tank and the flavour blew me away. Was very impressed albeit 2 ml went very very quickly! The bigger luxe is more suitable for this style of vaping and is still quite small.

Lots to bear in mind! Small battery suits mtl. Bigger suits dl. Small tank suits mtl. Bigger tank dl.

If you’re only going to be puffing now and again then it could be ok. Just makes sure you carry a juice bottle with you :)

Back to work tonight (I work nights) so I have a few hours in the daytime, this coming week I hope to go to Milton Keynes (about 13 miles from me) MK has 9 Vape shops so I'm going to have a look at MTL Kits (Keeping it simple to start with) , I'm still a beginner so more complex stuff Im going to leave until later, I've still get a lot to learn but enjoying it :D

If you want a small mod but are thinking you might also like to try DTL, it might be worth looking at external battery mods. That way if you want it to last all day, you can take a spare 18650 battery with you (carefully stashed) and just swop over when you need to. I MTL so don't need to swop often, but I run Eleaf Pico mods for work for that reason. It does mean you will need to buy batteries and a charger separately though.
