What's new

6 week blues...

I'm most probably, when it tastes and feels good, about 2ml a day. Yeah the grants vanilla custard was consistant and was most probably the best for me upto now. Why does my throat hit diminish with use, is that a new one for you guys?

It would just be differences in mixes, flavourings, devices, ect. Plus, over the course of consistent use, you get... used to the TH and might not notice it as much?

NOt at all ... in fact its something I experienced even back when I was a smoker .. as the day goes on .. the hit gets less.

Its where a variable voltage device comes in handy .... you can start off low and sneak the voltage up as the hit diminishes over the day ... (higher voltage often = warmer juice + more throat hit)

Yes, I think it's a combination of getting used to the throat hit and also your sense of taste (and possibly smell) returning as I found after I'd stopped smoking completely. Perhaps try a change of juice flavour.

As for the eye-twitching, I'd recommend a quick chat with your GP. Mention the vaping and ask for their opinion.

I agree with what's already been said Wilf. Vaping is rarely consistent. Vapers tend to have to vary their flavours. I certainly do. I have a good selection of favourites and some I will stick with for a while but after a period the flavour loses something. I suppose if we're to eat bananas all day every day my body may get sick of them too. With smoking you tend to stick with one baccy or fag brand. Vaping is more like eating IMO. Thankfully the choice of flavours now is huge.
Try some of the suggestions above, stick with it and good luck :)
