I have a few 7.4v lipos sitting spare and thinking of using them in a regulated mod bit unsure if any of the chips available can take that high an input to step down.

I have looked at the DNA30 bit as far as I can tell there input isn't capable.

Haven't looked much further than that but sure someone on here will know ......

Anyone any suggestions?

SX350?

Or SX350?

Did I mention SX350's?

You'll need to be a bit more clear on what you are suggesting, which of the 3 would be better?

3 SX350's? Jeezus wept,I can't afford 1 just yet & here's you bragging about buying 3! :D

Teehee well all this money I've saved (read rerouted into vaping) since giving up smoking.

On another note seems the input Max is 4.5v according to the data sheet so both options so far will require step down before the chip.

Okay, excuse my idiocy & relying on my defective brain cell.

(hurriedly runs over to Seedy's site)

I obviously was thinking of such as the Raptor circuitry.

Or you could use a Vamo board(mine takes stacked 18350's)

When I finally cease fannying about with trying to increase the airflow on my Russian clone & pay attention to the words I'm reading,I'll go look up any regulated boards for 7-8 V.

I had forgot about raptor chips, had looked at an okr data sheet and that was around 4.5 volt input.

It's 3 minutes until my bed time(the 91% just pissed me off by dumping bits on the carpet under the desk)so I'll resume the search in daylight.
