Review A little nod in the direction of Grey Haze.

I've dealt with Grey Haze a number of times, always had prompt service, always had confirmation emails & i like their site too.
This time around after receiving a faulty item, sealed & no fault of the vendor, i contacted them via their customer contact form. Just being able to so easy is excellent.
They got back to me & then they accommodated all my concerns & requests without question. I had the options offered of either a refund, a replacement or another product. I can't ask for more than that & whilst i believe that what they did is just ordinary good customer service that all retailers should practice, not all retailers do !
Once again it's a vape gear retailer who is offering what many other retailer systems fail to. It was made easy & efficient for me & they ended up making a sale still because of their willingness to communicate & set things straight.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any vaper & i will continue to browse their wares !!! :worship: Thanks Bilal.
