A newbie from peterborough, looking for ugrade advise

Thanks for the welcomes and great advice guys, I've now ordered the Istick 50 and subtank mini, I was impatient and ordered late last night. I will definitely use much lower strength as suggested mrdj and follow your advice on coils cookiedude72, I'm after a nice hit to the lungs, something to keep me away from the dreaded fags
As you quite rightly say Gary, there is so many choices out there, I'm looking to upgrade and wouldn't have thought you'd go wrong with many of them, I'll play about with it and read through the forum to get the best results...thanks again guys
