A question about throat hit.

So I visited my local vape shop in Maidstone, Kent. I have been scraping the bottom of my juice bottles for a few days now so my intention was to stock up on eliquid.
The shop only stocks the totally wicked brand products and why there chatting I decided to buy some pg and a few concentrates instead of ready mades.
I have made up a few mixes. 50/50 and 100% pg and the flavours seem to ok but there is no throat hit at all. Is it the nic that gives or improves throat hit because I have decided to try nic free vaping to see how I get on but if its the lack of nic that's reducing the hit then its going to be no good

It probably is the Nic if you are using pg. I think there are products that do give a hit but I can't for the life of me remember what they are. If I remember I'll let you know

I was under the impression that its the pg in eliquid that gives the hit and vg produces more vapour :s its all a bit confusing lol

The way l understand it (l may be wrong) PG is good for flavour, VG is good for vapour and TH comes from the nic but TH isn't important to me so as long as flavour and vapour are good l'm happy

Flavourarts bite extra is the stuff I was thinking of, but I can't find anywhere that sells it. I've not tried it myself but it's meant to give it a kick!

Bite extra is evil! The nic gives the TH and the PG helps a little with TH.
A guy from Finland was at vapefest this year and I heard him say to the decadent vapours team that in his vaping shop they use Diablo loco flavour concentrate as a TH additive for people that want 0mg nicotine but still want TH.

He said 1 drop was usually enough for 10ml but it depends on the individual customers tastes.
He insisted it worked brilliantly and didn't burn at all like the Diablo loco full strength. It was just there for the throat kick.

Would be worth a try to see if it works for you

TH is one of the reasons I won't even contemplate Vaping no nic juice. I've tried an all PG juice with no nic when I experimented with mixing a while back. Just breathing in flavoured air. Not for me.

Does anyone now what Diablo Loco tastes like, that'd be an interesting thing to use sparingly in a vg heavy mix to give it more throat oompf, if it didn't destroy other flavours, perhaps.
