Do what you like. I won't 'pull my neck in'. That fanta shaped bottle isn't actually available for sale in the UK, so the whole debate is moot anyway.

So because it's not available in the UK & wont fall into the hands of a UK child that's ok? So when a child in a non UK country has poisoned themselves what then.

Can anyone anywhere provide a link showing where this product is being marketed, advertisd and sold in those bottles looking exactly like that ONE photograph everyone's getting righteous and angry about?
I'm guessing it's unlikely because I don't think it is available for sale, it's a personally made item or prop for the photo, the ONE photo that's evident on here or a google image search!
It makes all this ranting pointless.

The "ranting" here is two fold.

On the both it all comes down to the responsibility element.

Placing an item in a glossy shiney mouth watering package is naturally deemed as a bad thing as It's imprinted in tiddley peeps brains with sweets and toys from day dot that things in cartoon shine packaging are nice to eat.
Tablets look like sweets once out of the packaging and rightly so the gov ensure the bottles are child proof. They don't do the same with tablet packets though which is hypocritical.

On the other hand there is hidden panic and anger.

We have just had a major blow to the vaping community by a non uk elected EU.
The UK have agreed to follow a ruling which has restricted our right to choose.
Some of those restrictions come with what appears to be lacking in reason or reasoning which is infuriating like restricting bottle or tank size - before replying to this bit ask yourself can you keep control of your parefenalia?
This is no different as choice should be the right of the customer who should also be the one responsible.
If someone buys juice it's their responsibility and theirs alone to make sure no harm can be done by others by their choice to vape.

Not strictly correct, the UK government adopted the TPD and embellished it into the TRPR which is MORE restrictive than the TPD.

And it's going to get worse, amendments are already incoming to close loopholes. The ability to buy a 2ml tank with spares to make it bigger is about to be closed off, nicotine shots are the next target and there will be much more to come.

Yep and the 2ml tank was actually the UK's government contribution to the TPD some countries have not imposed that.

It puts me off it I must admit .... I've never bought their liquids and part of that is the logo/design.

So, based on that I don't feel it's marketed at me at all....which begs the question who is it aimed at?

I think it looks cheap, tacky and unprofessional and I've always thought they could do with a re-brand.

Adopted/followed the point is the same. I wonder would we have concocted such drivel eventally and if so at some point, and would like to hope it would have been considered and we'll constructed if we did.

Concocted, constructed and drivel are apt words. Does not matter how often i read the sentence it's so badly concocted and constructed it just reads as drivel.
