Ive been looking for a adjustable 510 battery connections with little luck, usually expensive and out of stock so I made one.
Parts List:
510 connection https://www.fasttech.com/p/1678700
M3 Fiber washer M3 to M14 Red Fibre washer various size plumbing insulating sealing washer | eBay
M2 brass screw M2 M2.5 M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M12 Brass Slotted Countersunk CSK Machine Screws DIN963 | eBay
M2 Brass nut METRIC BRASS FULL NUTS - M2, M2.5, M3, M3.5, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10, M12, M16, M20 | eBay
M4 Shoulder washer M4, M5, M6, M8 NYLON (Plastic) Shoulder Washers Packs of 10 | eBay
Instead of the nuts it would better with these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/20-pcs-10...les_VanityCollectables_SM&hash=item35c9fa388d
Pull out the 510s positive pin and insulator you wont be needing them. Take 3 M3 nuts and put them in the M4 shoulder washer, they sit pretty snug but I would recommend a little epoxy glue. Push the M4 shoulder washer into the bottom of the 510, again a little epoxy glue will not hurt. Cut the shoulder washer to size. Now place the M3 fiber washer in the top of the 510 and then screw in the M2 screw. You will have to the M2 screw to size and maybe have to cut the head of and slot it. The screw should only use 2 nuts, the third to is to solder wire onto.
