Advice needed on sub ohm tank

One question came to my mind when I read the OP's post, and it was, how long can you leave your typical 18650 without using it before it doesn't work? In other words, how long will an unused 18650 battery last? I honestly don't know the answer but it concerned me slightly, so I thought we should ask.

Depends on how well it's been stored and maintained whilst unused. If stored and maintained properly and regularly checked they can be kept for a looong time. If put in a drawer and forgotten it could be dead in a year.
