- Hi guys, I didn't know where to post this so just went for it I still class myself as a newb I've no idea what I'm doing not really but I started vaping in June to give up smoking and now I'm hooked can't imagine my life without my vape. I started with a nord smok priv n19 and played around with it a fair bit to see what I liked and dis liked, but I popped the glass on it recently and a friend gave me a aspire tigon tank and I really like it a lot. The battery is shite on the priv cuz im a bit of a heavy vaper so I bought an eleaf t80 solely for the battery and stuck the tigon tank on it again I don't really know my stuff..... anyway I've always stuck to 50/50 juice and I use a 0.7 coil at the moment think I actually prefer it to the 1.4 I had on the priv. I also feel like my style of vaping has changed a bit I feel i don't really MTL anymore ( which is all I could understand to do at 1st) and sometimes chain vape a little too I just want to know what I can do with my eleaf with regards to im big on flavour I like a nice tasting juice is a big part of vaping for me now I quite like fruity and ones witha cool menthol touch ive gone down to a mix of 6mg and 3mg nic now trying to wean myself to 3 then to none eventually but im not quite there yet I also would like to get bigger clouds as I feel that is where I get most of the pleasure from it now but I know naff all about what juices are good for the things I want from it or what wattage what coil etc I pretty much just play around and wing it hit or miss can anyone guide me a little with what i should try and how please?sorry for my long ramblings just wanted to cover it all so I don't leave u guys with too many questions thanks in advance

Firstly welcome! Well done on quitting!
Its very common to go through a change to vaping preferences and kits, jesus i have used many over my time.
Ok so from what you are saying you are starting to go from a mtl vaper to more of a dtl, is that correct?
So u are vaping direct straight in? If so yes i agree you could be using a 0.3, 0.6, 0.7 or even a 0.8 coil. Are you looking for a new tank to stick on your T80? Do you want something with a choice to use q variety of coils so 0.6 or occasionally a 1.2 mtl?
If so i suggest the following but im sure others will be along soon as im more mtl

Fireluke 22 by freemax
Aspire Nautilus GT
These can be used with a variety of coils and juices. Also maybe try a higher VG with the 3mg nic shot in it like a 70/30
Happy to suggest some brands of needed or if im going completely in the wrong direction let me know lol

Thank you i can't imagine going back now but also certainly can't imagine life without my vape haha. That is pretty much exactly what I was trying to get at yes I am now vaping straight in rather than mouth first I was using 1.4 but I now much prefer the 0.7 im using at the moment for sure and yes I want a tank more suited for that but I was hoping to try find my way with what I have for a bit first before taking the dive just because I don't know what I'm doing still so definitely any recommendations on tanks and also brands very much appreciated thank you

I'll echo DeeDee's suggestion of the fireluke 22.if you just want to dip your toe into DTL vaping. With the 0.5 coils you can get a decent amount of cloud and good flavour at around 22-25 watts and it takes 70/30 juice easily.
If you want to go further there are a lot of good DTL tanks around but with your Aspire mod you'd want to stick to coils around the 0.3/0.4ohm mark so as not to drain the battery too quickly.

ill leave the kit to others but on the juice side id say yes, 70vg will give more clouds and still plenty of flavour at a higher wattage than you was used to using 50/50 juice.
there are so many suppliers out there and it can get confusing so that is why i set up this list of everyones faves POTV Vendors & Recommended E Liquid Suppliers
tastes are so subjective and what one likes the other may not so its really a case of trial and error until you find what suits you.
